2008-2009 Cheers Groups
As a sustaining member of The Junior League of Atlanta, Inc. we would like to invite you to join a Cheers social group! Cheers groups provide sustainers an opportunity to get together on a regular basis in small groups of 8 to 20 people for lunch or other fun events. There are both day and evening Cheers groups.
We will assist in the formation of the groups and after the groups are formed, we will send rosters to all group members. After you receive the list of names of the people in your group, you and your group are in charge of planning your group’s activities. Your group may decide to have potlucks, luncheons at homes, Dutch-treat dinners at restaurants. You might also want to meet for museum or holiday home tours or to go to the theatre or movies. You are limited only by your imagination and the willingness of the members of your groups to take a turn with the planning.
