Child Watch 2008
Each year, The Junior League of Atlanta is involved in the Child Watch program — a bus tour to some of our Community Partners. These organizations are leaders in the meeting needs of at-risk children in our community and they inspire effective change. This year the Child Watch bus tour will visit Grady Hospital, Atlanta Children’s Shelter and the Center for Puppetry Arts. During the tour, participants have the opportunity to tour the organization’s facilities, speak with staff and clients, and discuss potential areas for Junior League of Atlanta action and involvement.
Please join us for the 2008 Child Watch bus tour on February 9, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Light snacks and lunch will be provided. There are approximately 10 seats available for JLA members; if you are interested in participating, please contact Bahareh Azizi at bahareh.azizi@chemistry.gatech.edu. But hurry, space is limited!
