Help a Child Love to Read!
Donate K-2 children's books for the Young Audiences Spring Book Drive.
Please bring gently used or new K-2 appropriate books* to the Junior League of Atlanta Headquarters from now through May 15. You also may bring donations to the March Placement Expo or the May General Membership meeting.
Our goal is to supply all children in the smART stART program with one book of their own. Young Audiences' mission is to improve the education and life of every child through the arts; smART stART is a collaboration with the Atlanta Public Schools to target literacy in kindergarten classes where the need is great. What a great way to support our league goal of empowering children at risk to become self-reliant.

Thank You to Fall & Winter Transfers!
A huge thank-you to the fall and winter transfers as well as their advisors and co-chairs for bringing books for our Young Audiences Spring Book Drive to their holiday party. Thanks to their huge 75 book contribution, we are well on our way to meeting our goal of giving a special book to each child in the smART stART program!
